"I've been here numerous times and every single time there has been an issue with them wanting to reschedule or cancel my appointment, today was the 4th and last time I allowed it! I made an appointment today since 11am for 5:15pm, I get a text at 430pm asking if I could come in at 545pm, i agreed to it but then I get a call at 5pm asking me if I could go in right now because the lady I had my appointment with wants to switch it again!! I told her if you give me 15 minutes I can be there and she tell me to forget it and just go tomorrow.... like what??? I made an appointment specifically today for a reason.... I have never in my life seen such unprofessional people! They'll talk about personal stuff while they have clients there, they'll constantly try to cancel and reschedule appointments that aren't worth it to them... another time prior to today the lady tried to cancel my appointment after rescheduling twice because she wanted to leave early to go to the gym... (I heard her say it as I was sitting there when I arrived) Save your time honestly they aren't the only brow place around!"
