"Used to be good but then they stopped coming and started making up excuses for not coming to do what they were being paid for. We had to stop service around April, we even paid for the month even without been serviced. Now we are getting bills from last year, which I have proof of payment. Tried to call the office multiple times but no answer, rings and rings and then they disconnect. Don't get yourselves in this kind of situation. Not worth it"

"I am having to put a review here on Google about weekly pool service just for the record because Angie (the owner) does not give out a cell to text, no email, hardly ever answers the landline. It rolls to an answering service where each time they want your full name, phone #, address and message. Then you have to wait for Angie to call back. No office to go visit either b/c she is home based. The last two messages I left the service have gone unanswered by Angie. I am annoyed because I have been a regular (on auto draft as she requires) paying customer for 3 years. Her guy(s) that does my pool (whomever that is - since she has extreme turnover so I quit learning their names), did not show up Tues. last week (my regular day). I waited until late in the day Wed. to call and let her know this. She said they were busy this week because of a lot of pollen. There literally is no sign of it now. Anyway, she said "they were catching up and would be out Friday". Ok, well, not born yesterday, pollen season ended 4 or 5 weeks ago! I have had 4 pools at different houses in Winter Park over the last 30 years and lived in Fla. my entire life (now age 60); pollen season is over early April. So, come Friday; NO SHOW! Had company coming to my house Sat. so had to cleanup the whole pool, leaves floating on surface, a lot on the bottom, a full primary and secondary skimmer basket. Now, today is Wed., at 6 PM the following week , still no sign of them. At this point, I have left two messages on two different days; again asking what happened with the cleaning on Friday? I was NOT rude in the message left with the answering service even though I was annoyed. NO reply/call back from Angie! Sorry but I am not calling today to leave a third message. I am done. To add insult to injury with this frustration of no shows, excuses and lack of respect from Angie blowing me off, I see $120 today that she is drawing against my bank account! LOL. Go figure...."

"If I could give the management of this minus one star I would. The owner has no respect for her customers or from what I seen her staff either. Pool girl who cleaned our pool was always courteous and nice. I called managment to see why something wasn't fixed after a month that they had broken, I got an earful of excuses, also was told then annual filter was extra to clean, even though at time of selling their serices it was all included. The day they fixed the broken item, my husband fired them and said to leave the property, the language out of that lady owner was disgusting and my young kids could hear her. This happened last Friday and then I receive a final invoice saying I will have a lien on my property if payment not received with 4 days. Do not recommend not family friendly at all , just rude and do not have any customer respect."
