"I went to Ashley to get a blowout and came out with crunchy, fried hair. It was terrible. When I asked her why my hair felt and looked the way it did, she said it was normal and dismissed any concerns I had. It took months to reverse the one day of damage she did to my hair with several different hair products and excessive heat. My hair was constantly falling out and it felt like I was grabbing at straws. I also don’t know why I was overcharged for this poor service.
