"Went for gel polish and had one broken nail. Not sure why during consultation no one seems to understand English. Very poor service and this is second time I have been let down by this shop. I always seek to give benefit of the doubt so went back after first mess up and this one way worse. Been going to this shop for few months now but I will have to move on. Go where I am appreciated not just tolerated. Horrible work and just mediocre service."
