"I called to get an estimate for a pool heater. Frist, the person on the phone was rude. Then I'm told I would have to pay $65 to have them come out to give me an estimate. When I asked if I could have the cost waiver because no else charged me, he laughed and said I only work here. This is a $5,000 job they refused to bid on because I didn't want to pay $65 for them to bid it out. Now that's a great business model"

"Rich and Andrew do an excellent job at educating me the customer. There helped me out picking a salt system as well as chemicals almost a biweekly/weekly basis. They’re the best, most honest sales guys in town. I had Don come out and install a salt system. He did an excellent job installing the salt system. I left him alone working and when I came back from work I was pleasantly surprised at his quality of work. There’s no need to stand over him. Made sure everything looked clean and worked. Very nice and friendly tech personnel. 5 stars on the personnel, the labor, and the warranty. Corporate, help us out a little bit on pricing!!!"

"Bad service. Very bad education. They respond to the client with phrases like "I don't care if his equipment broke" or "I don't want to see you".so horrible are his words, lousy service. A horrible place. The workers are very rude."

"I have been coming to this store for years due to in part the personal service, great advise, services etc. Over the past year or so, the turnaround from mgmt, to front line employees has had a lot of turnover. I used to be able to walk in with 2 empty dry jugs of chlorine and pick up 2 full dry jugs and head to check out and be on my way. Not anymore. The full dry jugs of chlorine no longer exist. You now must wait for them to fill your jugs. And that in and of itself isn't so bad, but now you get lumped together with the 5 other customers that are standing around waiting for their jugs to get filled. Since they don't have any prefilled anymore, you really need to make sure you get your jugs back. 2 weeks ago, I got a jug that was cracked and it spilled all over my trunk. This cart that is used in store (and it's the only cart in the store) is covered in liquid chlorine at all times and is never wiped down. You bring in dry jugs, and after 15-20 minutes you leave with wet ones. Again, the answer to that was that I should use powder. I've been shopping there for years, but not anymore. I am quite sure that I won't have this problem at the competition and again, I was told I should use powder. I guess powder chlorine would solve all of problems except that I'm the cunsumer and don't have to purchase my liquid at Leslie's since they no longer want to facilitate that part of their business in a clean, dry, efficient and professional manner."
