"Pinch a Penny in Country walk is the best of the best !!!! This store is under new management and the difference is amazing . The store is very well supplied and the new owner named Piyush is a very nice guy and is easy to talk to and super honest . I was attended by Daniel and he is very friendly and knowledgeable . He knows his stuff and is always available to help . My pool guy moving forward . The rest of the staff Chris, Steven, Mark and Oscar all deserve to be mentioned for thier expertise and knowledge . The store has changed completely. They are going to offer weekly service and already signed up!!! This is a team concept and they all work together to bring the best customer service .. I highly recommend them !!!"

"NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!! Unprofessional and unreliable, Glad we ended up not doing business with this Pinch a Penny Store. To start, I called the store to set up an appointment with a technician to have some work done on my pool, Spoke with Henry, turns out he is the owner, I was told he would contact the person to provide an estimate and eventually do the work. Four days later I contacted the owner Henry to find out if anyone was scheduled to come by to give an estimate, he tells me he’ll have someone call me. I didn’t get a call until two days after, (no problem there), however, the person that contacted me Gus from Quality Pools, called three times but never left a message or a txt identifying himself, and the purpose of the call like any other professional would, rather shows up at my house without any notice not knowing if I’m home or at work. When I finally get a hold of Gus, he tells me he came to my house but I wasn’t there. after a lengthy discussion it was lost in him. After all that I agree to set up an appointment for Monday morning at 7:00am with a prior call at 6:30, no call no show! You would surmise base on the lack cense the work would be just as shoddy and unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STIRE FOR ANYTHING NOR WOULD I EVER DI BUSINESS WITH THEM. Henry the owner of the store should educate his people on how to do business in the United States."

"WOW! Henry and his team are awesome. I had an issue with my pool vacuum and his staff were super helpful to the point that they escalated my issue to Henry and he came to my home in the middle of a storm to look at my equipment and help me trouble shoot, that is 5 star customer service!!! I feel confident that they back up whatever they sell. Thank you."

"Came in into the store with a broken pool pump. Marcos was very professional, informative and patient. I must have asked him a million questions and he answered each one right away. He is very knowledgeable with his products. He sold me a replacement pump and put the new one together in no time. I will definitely continue to use this store for all my pool needs as long as he works there. Thanks!"
