Kids waterplay is shut down … Gary who is the manager said its been closed for 2 years.. they cannot provide lifejackets … when asked for a refund, the manager stated they dont give refunds to let him know.. ( when i clearly asked for one ) Horrible service … my 2 year old wanted to play and be in the water without someone holding him … since the waterplayground for kids was closed and they could not provide a life jacket i felt so bad for my children .. the staff was looking and hearing no one helped or even tried to provide help / horrible service … we were the only ones here by the way!"
"I love LOVE this pool! It's a really great inclusive place for anyone to come and swim. They offer some really great swimming lessons and the instructors here are excellent. The pool is also very clean and usually is not busy at all. If you are a North Miami resident you get a discount which is great as well. Overall highly recommend this place!"
