"Beautiful installation, nice staff, only can't rate 5 stars bcz visitors doesn't fallow rules or respect other visitors, they dispose garbage out of trash cans, make a mess on the restrooms, block swimming lanes... it's a little chaotic, and staff looks like it is tired to educate or correct the crowd."

"Wonderful experience celebrating our three kiddos birthday party. Reserved, ahead if time, three cabanas for 2pm to 6pm on a Saturday. Arrived 1/2 hr early for setup and everything was clean and ready for us. The staff was very nice and helpful, the restrooms very clean and the pool very nice. A bit too warm for us but it was a day in July. A thunderstorm came through before 5pm so we had to pick up but the staff was very accommodating and even helped in the clean up. Overall very happy and highly recommended!"

"Did a morning lap swim session after 11 years of not swimming competitively. The pool was clean and water was clear. It’s outdoors so defiantly have to wear sunscreen. Everyone was nice and willing to share a lane and rotate. For non Miami Springs residents it’s $10"

"Great lil water park for kids, open all year long! When we visited on an October morning, we had the whole place to ourselves. Prices for non-residents are $5/child & $10/adult which is reasonable. Note that the water slides only open in the afternoon. Nevertheless the lil guy had a great time. The staff was nice and friendly. They opened up the water sprinklers just for us."

"This facility had a lot of potential to be great when they decided to build a completely new center. However, the reality is that they made some poor decisions regarding the use of space and the size of the actual pool. Firstly, there is a lot of wasted space around the pool. They installed these white tents and couches trying to look like something from South Beach. This is not South Beach and the tents and couches are dingy and discolored due to exposure to the elements and lack of use because of their high rental prices. Secondly, there is hardly any shade anywhere around the pool. Though they will be happy to rent you one of their over priced ripped umbrellas scattered around the pool. Additionally, the new pool they constructed is smaller than the previous pool. Now the new pool can not host competitions for swimming or diving (the old pool could). Also, the much touted water slide is only open for a very short amount of time each day making it seem like a waste of space. Lastly, the prices they charge for everything (entry, swim classes, rental of shade space or "cabanas) are higher that most other places. Even residents of Miami Springs who pay some of the highest real estate taxes in the state still get nickeled and dimed for every little thing at this place. The bright side of this place is that the staff is very friendly and caring and tries to keep everyone safe and make sure that you have a good time."
