"Aragon just completed our pool and spa as well as the paved lanai and enclosure. It is perfect in every detail and was built just as our designer, Juan, drew it up. We wanted the pool and spa to be centered so that the view from the house was symmetrical. We also wanted an expansive unobstructed view beyond the pool and they built the screen with a large "picture window" free of any posts. The finished project is absolutely beautiful. It turned out even better than we had imagined. The whole process was so professional and easy. Juan showed us the renderings on the computer and easily accommodated our requests for the placement of the pool and centered the spa so that it was a focal point and the waterfall spilled out of the spa and into the pool creating a calming tranquil effect. They also included some great lighting in the pool and spa and a control panel built into the spa. These guys are pros and they know exactly what they are doing. The design center had plenty of samples to choose from too. We are looking forward to years of fun in our new pool."

"We purchased a home in Ave Maria Del Webb community and had to go with Aragon pools. When we moved in the pool wasn’t running and our builder had to fix the problem because Aragon did not return our calls. The pool was filthy with rocks in it they gave us a month service but the maintenance guy didn’t speak English and couldn’t explain how the pool controls worked! We were suppose to get a pool kit and get it converted to Salt water but after three weeks of struggling to get with this company we found another pool service. They sent us a Manuel PDF but never had a run through about how to run the controls for $60 K we expected better customer service. The overall construction was good but after reading several reviews we’re nervous of Aragon to keep it’s warranty after not getting communication over the problems we had."
