We were looking to have a spa added to our existing pool, and Kenny quickly gave us his ideas as to how it would all work out. Kenny said that the project would be done by Thanksgiving, and when it didn't start until the end of September (immediately following Hurricane Ian), we thought to ourselves that there was no way it would get done in time... especially with all the chaos brought about by the hurricane! Well, Kenny is a man of his word, and we were in our new spa for Thanksgiving! Of course, Kenny doesn't do all the work himself. A huge amount of credit goes to the incredible team he has built. This includes Michele (Office Manager), Ernie (Operations Manager), and the rest of the hard working crews. Their attention to detail resulted in a beautiful spa that we expect to enjoy for many years. Special kudos to Michele who oversees the scheduling of all of their projects. Her contacts in the industry were key to getting things done, and more important, getting them done on time! Her title should really be "Miracle Worker"! Any time we had any questions or concerns during the course of the project, Kenny was always just a phone call or text message away. He would quickly respond and put our minds at ease. If you are looking for a great job at a fair price, go with Slusser Pools. DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY! UPDATE (May 2023) - We have been enjoying our new spa over the past 6 months. Everything is great! I continue to be impressed with Slusser and their post-project support. I've reached out to them a few times over the past few months to adjust the configuration of our system (no problems, just a few things I wanted changed) and they continue to be super responsive. Ernie usually has someone stop by within 24 hours of when I call. THANKS, ERNIE! UPDATE (Oct 2023) - When we had the spa added to the pool, we got all new pool equipment, except for the heater. The old heater was still working, but we knew its days were numbers. It finally died this past weekend. I reached out to Slusser over the weekend, and Luis arrived first thing Monday morning to assess the situation. The heater was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Luis said that they could have a new heater delivered on Tuesday, and he would be back to install it on Wednesday. I thought to myself.... WOW, THAT'S GREAT! But it gets even better. The heater was ordered on Monday, delivered on Tuesday morning, and Luis was back to install it later that morning! He did an awesome job getting the new heater installed (clean and neat!!!). How does Slusser have so many amazing people working for them?!?!?"

"We contracted Slusser Services to remodel our pool and lanai after we saw how nice our neighbors’ pool turned out. We had a sun shelf we never used, so we had them remove the sun shelf, extend the length of the pool, resurface and re-tile the spa and pool, and replaced our old pavers with travertine.
