"I’ve been here twice. Both times terrible experiences. The 1st I went with my husband. We got nearly $200 worth in services done. I say nearly, because we were overcharged by $5 and I did the math and that’s not including the tax rate. And yes I did tip 22% in addition to the service charges. On top of me willingly wanting to pay for multiple services, the employee tried to add on a lip waxing service that I did not ask for and when I stopped her she pretended to act like she thought she heard me ask for it. Which is a typical scam for all of these nail places and I’m tired of the dishonesty. To add to the disrespect of my first visit, that same employee kept making comments about my husband due to him having grey hair but being young to her coworkers. The lack of professionalism was profound. As far as my acrylic nail set, they were beautifully done, however, the lady left my cuticles and my fingers looking messy and untidy and I was thoroughly confused because I’ve never seen nails executed this way. Then 3 weeks ago I decided to go back to give them a second chance and to see if they would try to over charge me again. Good news, I was not overcharged. However, I asked for the nails to be removed and I ask for a manicure because as I mentioned my nails were messily done and I wanted my hands cleaned up so that I can look presentable. The employee soaks off the acrylics for a few mins and then proceeds to use the electric file on my nails to get it off. I let her know there’s still acrylic on. She proceeds to file them again and then goes too low and now she’s hurting me. I pull away and tell her to not be mean to me just because I asked her to do the service that I paid for. She tells me that my nails are weak and that she was trying to help me by leaving some of the acrylic on. If that was the case she should have soaked the remaining acrylic off rather than trying to rush the process by filing. She then thought it would be better for the health of my nails if she just painted my nails with some clear stuff maybe some nail Hardener, idk? And she said it was so my nails could strengthen and told me to come back in two weeks. It’s been three weeks and my nails are in EXTREME PAIN to touch. They’re pretty much glowing red. My fingers are useless, my nails are cracking and splitting in every way you can imagine and I refuse to go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEGATIVE 1000 STARS Update: I went to the location two days after they asked me to in their response and was told the manager is currently on a plane. The worker also told me it’s normal to have your nails damaged with removal and showed me her crusty nails. Which is untrue. I’ve had my nails professionally removed and also removed them myself and have never experienced this. I even asked her if her fingers hurt and she said no. So they proved my point. She took my phone number and pictures of my hands. A week later and no follow up. Save your time and money and avoid this place. Photos are photos taken after a completed manicure. What manicure have you ever seen that results in this?"

"What a great Salon. I was looking for somewhere to accommodate 4 so I can bring some family in town. I do not know one salon from the next but this salon was on time, professional and the environment was vern clean and modern. The chairs were massaging and they included free drinks. The pedicure was good for the basic one would get and my mom and daughter were thrilled with their experience. I would definitely recommend them highly."
