"My husband went there for a hair cut & they just ruined his look. Of course their behaviour is good but the tall woman who cut his hair was very careless. She cut his hairs unevenly & cut one side more than the other side. She made the hairlines so crooked that they can't be fixed anyway now. & I witnessed it all with my eyes. She didn't even comb his hair & brush off the trimmed excess hairs from his neck. Never going there again even if we get coupons. I even have photos of how she ruined his hair. Still we didn’t say anything & just paid the bill with tips & got out of there swearing to not go there again. I wonder how such a famous saloon can have such an untrained & unprofessional barbar. Very disappointed."
