"After seeing our pool company pour 1/2 a cup of salt in our skimmer, I took a water sample to Leslie's pools. Where I discovered I needed 192 lbs of salt, not to mention a very wide range of chemicals. I've never seen our pool lady pour in any type of chemicals. Although our pool equipment always had its Red light on for "add salt "& some hard white minerals developed around the tile of our waterfall. I'm dumping that pool company & doing it myself with the help of Leslie's pools. Joshua helped & was patient and informative. I hope all employees I encounter there, in the future are just as helpful. This was my first visit."

"I went over the weekend and it was packed but the employee that was there still acknowledged me. Carlos came to help me out. He didn’t rush and found what I needed. I walked in not knowing what to get and he made me comfortable about working on my pool on my own. Definitely will be making this location my designated pool store moving forward."
"I stopped in around 4:30 on 1/26. I just needed to pick up a couple of connectors for the pool vacuum hose. There were 2 people behind the counter. It turns out one was a customer. He’s the only one that acknowledged me. The actual employee didn’t speak, didn’t ask if I needed anything particular, nothing. I walked through the store for a few minutes and left. I won’t ever be back here. The Leslie’s on Del Prado actually have employees that acknowledge a customer."
