Florida Baby Food Center - WIC Store

"Worst customer service in the world...it would be good to clarify that in most centers, when they work until 5:30pm, that schedule is respected...and they are attended until that time...they usually close their doors at 5:10pm or 5:15pm because they have to a customer inside….the older lady of the place is a sweetheart, the other younger one is super rude and very bad service…I have missed my trip twice because they always close early and today when I complained because I work and I can't come Before, he told me that I could go somewhere else to Publix or another store...or go at my lunch time to a closer store. I work and manage more than 30 employees and many patients...the 30 minutes I have for lunch is not enough for me. To go buy what I need, just traveling to one of the stores takes more than 30 minutes; But I consider that she is disrespectful by wanting to organize the time of people she doesn't know and who are busy and working people. People with poor customer service skills...who are not able to understand or listen to the customer should not work in a place that offers this type of service. Additionally, this complaint will be raised…to the extent necessary to eradicate skills like these. Thank you"

"If I could give 0 stars I would, I tried calling this place so many times, and they never picked up, I am currently looking for my baby’s formula and I live 40 minutes away, so I have to call first to make sure they have it."

"Beautiful and Blessed Ladies @ this location! I was told they had my daughter's milk, (when every where else was completely out) Let's Just Say I left This Florida Baby Center in HAPPY TEARS due to these Two Angels!!"
