"I have been to this location numerous times. Nicole cut my daughter's hair, it was amazing. Walked into today and was immediately approached for help. Went to check out. Presented a coupon, and had a gift card. The associate was very busy talking about her future career in hair. Long story short, didn't scan my coupon. Not a big deal. The problem was how she then rudely handled the situation. I had a $25 gift card but $100 worth of products. She said because she scanned the giftcard she could not use my coupon. Ridiculous. I'll try the new location in Mandarin, maybe."
"Worst experience Today my wife and daughter walked into the store and asked for help. One of the store associates whose name escapes me; was awful. Not only was she of zero help, but insinuated that a section of the products was too pricey for my family to afford (??). What a thing to say to a customer!! Like an episode of a movie ! Whoever hired this individual should be told that these girl has the customer service skills of a sloth, and pardon me Mr Sloth Hoping other people see this review and share their experience"

"WOW! This was a phenomenal makeup and skin care shopping experience. Claire was super helpful and found us product in the back. She advised us when we were deciding between different products which ones best fit what we were looking for. The employees were all kind and helpful and easy to talk to. We didn’t plan on it, but ended up doing a lot of gift shopping done friends and family because there was great deals on awesome products. I highly recommend shopping at this ultra."
"Beautiful store! Excellent location. Tons of parking. Wonderful floor plan. Everything you could possibly need, from hair color to lip liner to body scrub and everything in between! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, not hassled in any way, and employees were super helpful. Even checking out was a good experience. Super friendly! Can’t wait to try their salon! So excited for their line of styling products and services offered."
