"Girls at check in/check out are friendly and welcoming. Alexis is great and is a talented stylist who listens to your concerns and addresses them all. Salon offers many services and multiple brands of products they can recommend for your hair type and hairstyle goals. You definitely get what you pay for though I think $35 for a bang trim is excessive. I love that this Salon is so responsive to any inquiries!"

"Our family stylist relocated and after some research I reached out to Cortello Hair Salon. My daughter was in need of a hair appoint asap. I did not expect an opening the exact day I called. I always hesitate if a stylist has an immediate opening. I myself think that if a stylist has an immediate opening that they are probably not in high demand and/or may be lacking skills. However, with hesitation we took the appointment. It was the BEST last-minute decision! My daughter met with Erica. Not only did Erica do an amazing job but my daughter's hair looks better than ever! I usually do not take time to construct feedback unless an interaction is significantly horrible or if an interaction has been extremely and exceedingly exceptional.
