"I give this place 5 stars because of the incredible Jerry W that helped me so much! My boyfriend and I had a pool service that would come weekly and we decided to cancel it and take it on ourselves. We had no idea what we were doing and Jerry was so incredibly patient and helpful in walking me through each individual step of adding the chemicals and even labeled the buckets. I walked out feeling a lot more confident and our pool is sparkling clean!! Thank you Jerry! We look forward to our weekly pool test at Leslie's and hopefully the next water sample we bring in makes you proud! :)"

"Several of the staff are friendly but several are not friendly AT ALL! And I've been here enough times to know they will never be friendly or customer service oriented. The last time I was in, the guy that put the chlorine in the box in my car swung it up to the box instead of just lifting it up and spattered chlorine on my lift back carpet and on me and never apologized. He just sort of dabbed the carpet with his shirt and acted like it was no big deal. Grrr!"

"I could not be more pleased! Everyone has been so helpful. Andrea is a superb store Manager. She has graciously taken all my annoying calls and has been nothing less than kind. Mike was the first tech to do the site evaluation. He was awesome too! Jack was the tech who came to install the heat pump. I learned so much from him. He was happy to answer all my questions and go over the instructions a couple time as I know nothing about pools. He even came back out to check a silly concern of mine and quickly came up with a solution. I highly recommend Leslies and this store location in particular."
