"I had never used Riptide before, but they had good reviews and are a local company. I had tried other companies and they were either booked out by months or didn't return calls. Riptide was the exact opposite. They answered the phone and were out the following morning to diagnose. Obviously, a new system would fix anything, especially the ancient set up we had. I asked Todd to give another bid based on what was needed to get the system working. His quote was amazing and he fixed the break the following day. HAD ANOTHER VISIT 11/2 FOR A CIRCULATION ISSUE. TODD FIXED IT IN MINUTES, OFFERED SOME ADVICE GOING FORWARD AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. GO TARPON GO!"

"Riptide was great. They were recommended by my pool guy after my led lights stopped working in the pool. Todd came right out, was up front on pricing, and got the job done when he said he would. I had a software issue changing the colors after the new lights were installed (not his fault/problem) and he took the time to fix that too at no additional charge. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great company."
