7-Eleven

"10/03/2023. I arrived at the store around 12:45am to 12:55am to the 7/11 in Lake Wales. I was looking for a particular chip and something sweet. I looked for 5 minutes. Then went to the teller (Rolnalda) to ask her if she had that particular chip. She said no. So I decided to go back the aisle to see if there would be anything else I would like.I looked up and down the ailse, thinking; I'm indecisive. I was immediately interrupted with the teller, a mid 40s to early 50s woman with pigtails.She snapped her fingers and said get out. I asked her if she was talking to to me and she said get out. I told her im a willing customer and I'm going to buysomething just give me time. No warning. No conversation. Just her repeatedly snapping in my face telling me to leave.I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years and I wouldn't dare have the audacity to talk to another person in that way. I will talk to the manager."

"The older Caucasian cashier who wears glasses. She has a terrible attitude when buying pizza she just doesn't want to cook it. I have personally and my family dealt with this individual with her poor customer service. Management should be more serious about not employing people like this. I do not recommend this place; since this lady also disrespected and discriminated against my wife and after my wife had paid; This lady denied the service passing people who had arrived later."

"Hello, I have come here to report a white elderly lady with glasses who works at the cashier area. She has further discriminated me and my family on multiple occasions, not only refusing to give us services, such as simply heating up the pizza that we bought. But incredibly neglectful, and intolerable ignorant behavior towards us. I am a U.S citizenship and I know my rights, and deserve respect just like anyone else. She has violated the Florida 562.51 Law against customer service discrimination, as well as showing an abuse of authority against me and my family, as well as paying for a service she did not provide. Me, my family, and anyone I associate with are never coming here again until that lady is fired."

"Hello, I have came here to write this for everyone to see because I am absolutely tired of the discrimination I’ve faced because of one employee. I was not able to ask her name, however, she is an elderly woman who works at the front desk. She has treated us horribly every time we’ve came and asked pizza for her to cook it. The excuses are one after the other and it has reached the bottom line, she has absolutely no reason not to offer a SERVICE that is in her employee resume. It is absolutely ridiculous, and until she is fired for this blatant discrimination, I will be very public about this. (I have a picture of the lady, due to privacy reasons I will not share it here. However, wherever this goes if I’m asked for it I do have it)"
