I had left a voicemail with him a few times and no call back. He was suppose be at my home the week before to change out two 3-way valves, also a No Show. I have always paid him what he asked. "Lance came out to our home in Tarpon Springs about a year ago and installed our new pool filter, LED lights and re-wired switches for our waterfall and pool equipment. When he didn't show up we messaged him, he said he was in Tarpon Springs and was running late. Has not answered or returned phone calls since then. Contacted Bellair Pools about their referral and was told that they didn't understand why because he had just been in their store to pick up chlorine."
