"We recently had our pool redone by Mark. We purchased a home in Casselberry, but the pool had clearly been deteriorating. The poop brown tile choice was an abomination. Having never owned a pool before, Mark was patient and thorough in explaining options for renovation. He provided a clear estimate and outlined the possible additional costs. He did two visits with us prior to our agreeing to use him for the renovation. We did a pebble finish with new 2-inch tile that looks superb. We ended up getting a new light installed and having a handrail put in. It upgraded our back living space tremendously, and will well outlast our time in this particular dwelling. Mark was always available via phone and text. He gave us a clear timeline and did not start until he was certain all materials were ready and the job could be completed within about a week. Mark was the first person to respond to my numerous inquiries to various companies. The cost was in line with what we expected with the upgrades we chose. He was far and away the best option in terms of availability - from our first call to completion of the project was about 4 weeks. It was great to work with a local small business.
