"Our final visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter with a crew member named Jenna Bay. Despite prior visits where my child was allowed on a water slide with my wife, Jenna denied this on our latest trip. Instead of calming a distressed child, Jenna seemed to take things further, alerting other staff members to give us what felt like 'special attention'. Our child was even denied the use of her personal floater in the wave pool. We felt targeted and had no choice but to leave. Even after raising the issue with the management, there was no resolution or support."
