"Made my second attempt appointment online as offered. Received a text message that I was confirmed and emailed. March 11th, as I was entering my deposit information, I received a call that they would need to reschedule and would call back. I made an appointment as stated above for today at 11:45 am. because of the previous cancelation by Laroche, I didn't make the deposit and called and left several messages. No one answered that no one called back. I went to the location, and the hair salon receptionist was extremely pleasant and advised that no one was at Laroche and have not been for 2 weeks. Went up to make sure no one. Called again, no answer, no return call. Customer service is extremely important, and with such great reviews, I looked forward to my appointment only to be disappointed. My time is valuable loke everyone's and would have appreciated a call back or some type of communication."
"Made an online appointment for a full set of lashes. Arrived and no one was there. I had to call more than 5 times to see if the tech was going to arrive. When I did speak with someone, I was then promised that they would advise ASAP when I can re-book. never heard from anyone. I've contacted this company multiple times thereafter requesting my deposit back and still have heard nothing from them. Horrible customer service."
