"STEER CLEAR - These people are scam artists posing as pool professionals. They were the pool people for a house I purchased so they got the job by default, but the service was awful for months. They kept trying to charge me for things I later learned I didn't need. They had constant excuses for why they couldn't show up. They kept telling me the parts I needed were backordered (for months) but when I checked with other pool companies they said, no, in fact everything I needed was readily available or could even just be 2 day shipped from Amazon. I don't know if these people are just lazy, liars, or both, but it cost me a lot of money and time. When I finally told them I wanted to cancel the service, I asked for a refund for the things I paid for months ago that never got done, and now they're ghosts. Can't say I'm surprised at all. Plus, they spilled shock treatment all over my deck, which doesn't come out. They made no attempt to clean it up, mention it, and no apology. They told me they vacuumed my pool and when I inspected the pool right after they left, they clearly didn't do what they said. There were leaves and dead algae everywhere. All this and they think they can charge $100/mo more than all their competitors. Total liars, terrible people. Avoid at all costs."

"Left pool green after visit, wanted to change $160 for additional treatment that other company charged $75. After canceling have yet to receive refund for the 3 weeks they did not service the pool. Owner will not respond to refund request na actually tried to charge for another month even though we canceled service. Warning, don't trust them"

"Charged me for a repair they never did. They then stopped coming but still billed me full price. 6 visits over 4 months when was supposed to be weekly. Told them I would gladly pay them for the 6 visits but wanted a refund for the prepaid repair, never heard from them again. Got a real pool company to come out and turns out the one "repair" they did do was done incorrectly and overcharged and I now have to do even more repairs to get my pool system back working correctly. BEWARE, STEER CLEAR!!!"
