"Pure Negligence! Cleaning my pool, led to destroying my pool pump! Immediately, "Seaside Pools" made an assessment, and determined there was too much water in the pool and begin draining. "Seaside Pools" completed the cleaning process of the pool, but drained the pool below its proper level, with the pump running, DESTROYING THE PUMP that night! They took zero responsibility and said It was my fault. I paid them to clean the pool, not to destroy a perfectly functioning pump. I told the gentlemen that I needed to take my son to soccer practice, so I paid him $150.00 and said make sure everything is straight. "Seaside Pools" sub-contracts with legit pool companies, which is a problem within itself. When they make mistakes, they do not have to take any responsibility because they are fully aware that you will never find them. I tried to locate the place of business, and the directions took me to a home far back in the woods in Gilchrist county."

"Signed up in July of 2022, they did okay for a few weeks, then they started doing things like showing up but not brushing the pool, then they would just not show up for a week, with no notice or explanation. When I asked for a detailed accounting of dates serviced and services provided on those dates, they did not respond. I was a model customer, paid in full within a day or two of receiving my invoice. Cancelled."

"My pump died for my pool, and I needed a new one. I also got a new filter from a nearby business. He installed everything, mounted it on a concrete slab, and redid all the piping and added a drain and tubing to drain quickly when it gets too full from rain. It looks and works great, and he even left space for a salt to chlorine converter which I want to get in the future."

"I had somebody come behind their work to check it and our pool, being less than a year old, is about to shut down because of their lack of good service They have been dishonest and have not performed the work that they are hired to do."
