Flowers & Gifts Galore

"Terrible service. I didn’t get the flowers I wanted for my anniversary, instead she told me she was out and only offered to replace with other flowers. Next, on the website it states I can either Pickup or delivery. I chose pickup because it was most convenient, she tells me she doesn’t do pickup and it’s only delivery. Ok, no issue but then tells me she can’t deliver until 3:00pm. I call at 3:30pm and she’s not even in the area and in Brandon. I don’t get my order until about 5:45pm, way too late considering I ordered this for my wife for our anniversary. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I tried to call you back from work and the mailbox is full. Please cancel my order for XXXXXX. Last year when I spoke to you, you told me to call you personally, and you would make sure I got a good deal. I called, and you didn't honor the Ava's website prices, which is where I found you last year. I was ok with the shipping, even though they were offering free shipping, and Bonita Flower shop only charges $10 for shipping. I would have been ok with that, but then you called me back to let me know the flowers were $10 more than the website also. Now we are at $30 more than the advertised price. I order flowers for her every year. This is a long term thing. Bonita has the same flower arrangement for $10 less. My total for them was half the amount you quoted me. If you had just swallowed the $10 extra for the flower arrangement, you would had a customer for life, but instead you called me and tried to get $10 more dollars. Was it really worth it?? If you are using other websites that contact you for their flowers, you need to honor their price. That is just good business sense. When you don't people feel ripped off. I will no longer be using your business, and I do not need a response from you. I just wanted to make you aware, I don't want the order and your mailbox is full."

"I purchased these flowers on Saturday 2/11/23 and today 2/15/23 they are rapidly dying. Also, the flowers I purchased and what they delivered were completely different. I paid a premium price to ensure they would be perfect, however they were so much less than I expected. When I contacted the company about my complaints, I was brushed aside. They take no ownership nor accountability of their work. Save your $100 on these crummy flowers. You can find better for cheaper at Winn-Dixie."

"I received a lovely bouquet from Flowers and Gifts Galore after my wife died. It was absolutely stunning and delivered by the owner herself. My daughter in law in California ordered it. Nice to have a local florist like this."

"My son ordered flowers for my Mother's Day present and it did not arrive until 7 PM on Mother's Day and supposedly this is a $66 bouquet. it has a few carnations in it and some greenery that's it. I called to speak to someone and they said it is ordered through another company and sent to them... but it was probably 40 plus tax and 15 delivery fee.. my son had to call and call to find out when it was gonna ve delivered. Disappointing and way over priced."
