I specified in the order for delivery to be before 3pm to her job; Unfortunately, I found out she had gone home earlier than I thought and so she was not there in the afternoon. I called and explained the situation. The gentleman on the phone noted the flowers were about to be delivered right then, but was so pleasant and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. He didn’t hesitate to say they would deliver them to a new address so they wouldn’t be spoiled. My cousin got her flowers to her home today, and absolutely loved them.
