"Yuly is very unprofessional. She doesn't care about the customers. She makes an appointment with her and when you arrive at the salon she puts you with another manicurist without telling you, and then she leaves without giving any explanation. The first time I had a manicure with her, all the nails broke and the second time I went with her, she transferred me to another manicurist without telling me and she left because she said she had a family reunion and couldn't see me. It is clear that this place is not a studio or a salon, it is simply a business to steal from and disrespect customers. When you call for an appointment she answers you and when you get to the salon she tells you that she was not the one who answered the phone, you make an appointment with one person and when you get to the salon they put you with another person, and then Yuly tells you that it is a customer's mistake that she never changed your manicurist and that she is not the one who makes the appointments by phone, but all the employees confirm that it is only Yuly who makes the appointments by phone but no one else, but when she makes the changes arbitrarily and without warning, she said that it is the customer who misunderstood. Yuly is a scammer and matters little to her customers. Zero recommendations for that place that is a trap and a robbery center. This situation not only happened to me but to other people who have told me the same thing about that place. Not recommended at all."

"Since the first day I walked in the salon I have been treated with professionalism and delicacy. The girls are very welcoming and friendly. Since I have been there my nails have been done with Yuly and she has been amazing. She takes the time to satisfy all my requests when doing my nail designs. She will make sure I leave with a smile on my face. I drive all the way from Kendall every 3 weeks to be seen at this amazing place. I recommend it 100%. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. I always received complements with each design and my nails will last for more than 3 weeks without any problem."
