"Went over to pick up medicine for my wife, arrived and hit the drive thru call button. Waited a couple minutes to no response, hit it again thinking, "maybe I didn't hit the button correctly." So, I pressed it one more time and left it at that instead of pestering them if they're busy. Waited a few more minutes and another car pulls up next to me in the other lane. She presses the button, immediately gets a response. So, thinking maybe this button is broken I pull up behind her. After 10 minutes she finishes her order and I pull up. Same thing happens and I wait for 10 minutes before leaving."
