"I had been going here for two years when I recently came in for root touch up (for grey). I usually get a color root touch up and cut/blow dry. I noticed that when the stylist was putting the color on it was purple. I voiced my concern but she did not listen and said it was fine. After processing, my roots and scalp were purple. The stylist was not apologetic and said not to get upset as she would fix it. I guess it’s ok as long as she can correct? She had a customer with foils so I had to wait for her to finish with that customer. I found out that she does not keep customer formula cards. She made some excuse as to why she doesn’t bother. I had formula from my stylist in the city where I live in the summer. I went over this info with her before she added corrected color. She charged me $70 and did not apologize when i left. I was there 3 hours and 45 min. And did not get a haircut. Her foil customer told me that the stylist had also turned her hair purple once and that it didn’t look bad when it was dry. So, if you go to this salon, be sure to get a professional that keeps client information and is respectful of customers time and feelings. I did not put stylist name and I paid her and gave her $10 tip which she didn’t deserve. I tried to handle the situation with class but, I will never go back to this salon. I hope this helps someone one else avoid a very upsetting experience."
