We walked past the nail stations and pedicure chairs to the quiet back rooms where I expected to receive my 'torture'. I could not have been more surprised! Waxing can be fun! Really! Ivette has a remarkable technique that makes waxing nearly painless. She makes you feel comfortable and she cares. As I left, I booked a facial. I can't wait!"
