"I chose the day spa bc of the steam room. When I got there I learned it was not working. I wanted a deep tissue massage but didn’t get that. It was mediocre. There is one bathroom in the change room where ladies are in and out of. It’s not clean there was hair all of over the bathroom floor. I don’t think I would be back. The chocolate covered strawberries were nice."
"I just did my hair with Jo and it was terrible. I ordered a different shade to change the entire tone of my hair to a dark golden brown. and she gave me orange highlights, totally different from what I asked for. I really told her that she was nothing like what I asked of her and she told me that she couldn't do anything else that she had to serve someone else. The truth is that I paid $212 for a service that she didn't do well for me. I expected a lot more for that salon because of how expensive it is but they really fall short with such bad service. I really feel bad about my hair I hope they return the money I wasted for bad service."

"I have been coming to Spada for over 10 years. I love it here. I love my stylist Ingrid ❤️ My hair has been on a journey with her from long to short, colored, to going gray. They are a full service salon with massages, facials, and nail services. The atmosphere is calming and you feel relaxed and refreshed. I always leave looking good. Highly recommended."
"Great massage! I would rate it one of the best ever and extremely relaxing. Yemenis was 5 star rating. We were in Fort Myers on a short vacation and chose this spa ahead of time. The only thing I think could be improved upon would be communication at the beginning. We were sent back without a lot of information. It would have been fine if we had been there before. Luckily there was a great person there for a service they helped out."
