"SO Disappointed!! This was the worst manicure / pedicure I have ever had! Went in today , waited for 20 mins, when I first arrived, I requested a tech that did good work as my hands and feet where in bad shape. They are in worse shape now. :( I paid extra $20 dollars for an upgraded pedicure. Tech is older gentlemen, not a word of English other than “I’ll take care of you” after I explain that it’s important to me for him to please do a good job with my cutícles because I feel them and they are bothering me. He did the opposite and was actually going to skip that part and I had to ask him to please do it. Went downhill from there. End result, uneven, unfilled nails, you can still see cuticle still on some. Same for feet. He was adding liquid to the polish bottle. So frustrated, worst $80 dollars spent ever. Sad because , we do not have many options in Lake Placid for nails, my friends told me to go there. This was my third attempt. :("
