"Got charged for 2 perms to get one done missed a few pieces in my hair that are flat. Got charged 140 . Crazy 75 was the price and they charge me 50 for my length thats crazy and didnt even put my 10 discount towards my hair that was on my profile after being treated very wrong by yani i was supposed to be taken care of and that didnt happen. Missed 2 apts and got told i couldnt book any more very bad experience will never go thru th again . My tops curly and the bottoms are not ."

"Have been going to Kayla at Fantastic Sams for a year, and she has turned my hair from crunchy dry and frizzy to healthy smooth and wavy that I can bring a comb through when I wake up! All of the staff are friendly, and there's always a lot of chatte. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are all great at asking you what you want and working with you with a plan for your hair care. They do "sell" their products, and I can say it's not a waste of money. I have used the Chi Product, and it's really helped my dead ends and dryness. Definitely give them a shot. Men and Woman's Cuts. You will feel better every time you leave with a little more bounce to your step!"

"The keratin treatment didn't work at all. My hair is frizzy. I paid $170 for the prestige package. Was supposed to get a "precision" haircut. I got a quick dry trim. The worst haircut I've ever gotten. Paid for full highlights but no highlights in the back. Cost over $300. They cater to walk ins. They advertise and promote walk in. The stylists aren't allowed to build clientele because they work for Fantastic Sams. They act like they don't want repeat customers. It's a fast in/out job when they have walk-ins waiting. So it's not a good price for the poor quality you get. My hair actually looked better before I went in there. Find a real salon. Edit/ I called Fantastic Sams on Dani Dr and spoke with the manager. She found me in th computer and said even though I paid for the prestige package it didn't mean I would always get the precision haircut and full highlights. She did say she would speak with my stylist and call me back. But I never got a call back."
