"30 minutes late and called me crazy after I requested my deposit be returned. She said she would return it "later". I had to say give me my money back right now or I'm calling the police. She's already wasted 90 minutes of my time -- I drove half an hour to get there. You are disrespectful of other's time. You even had the nerve to say people wait longer than that. You are rude and obviously don't realize you not the only person in town that does braids. I'm only giving my money to people that are going to respect me. You can act like you don't understand what feedback I was trying to relay to you, it doesn't matter to me. These braids are expensive and I don't like how you tried to play with me. I get my hair braided every 3 weeks -- like you lost the business. I'm trying to warn other people if they take a chance on booking with you, you are going to do their hair when YOU feel like it which may or may not be their appointment time. I am very busy and don't have time to wait for you, we are not family and this is not free. God Bless You like I told you that day and no I wasn't "acting up". I didn't even raise my voice -- you thought you could treat me like trash. This ain't that."
