"I had a great experience today with Erin Herrin at salon Nicholas!! Previously I went to another salon and they made my hair the opposite of I wanted. I called salon Nicholas and they took me one hour after and even took me earlier!! He knew exactly how to fix it and the issue was resolved immediately. I love my new hair and would recommend Erin Herrin to anyone!!"

"My 12 year old went in for a simple cut, she wanted curtain bangs and some layers in the front. For a $75 cut she came out looking like she just got bangs and a blow dry. The hair dresser stated because she’s young and doesn’t style her hair that layers wouldn’t look good and so it wasn’t done. I understand hair dressers have their opinions but when you want something specifically done, then it should be. It wasn’t a bad cut, but it was not worth it. I shared a before and after. Not to mention everyone’s vibes were so serious and very unwelcoming other than the lady offering water. It could have been an off day since I can see everyone else in these reviews had a great experience."
