"Very helpful everything i needed I'm going to Rockies for many years now and the service is great the paint selection the tools all kinds of hand tools for your yard shovels everything conveniently located plenty of parking there so if you're short on some tools you need a socket you need some wrenches screwdrivers and then we go to cleaning products you know so we have all different kinds of cleaning products for glass for floors and then we'll talk about paint you know how to paint selection is fantastic spray paint regular pain and then we'll go to nuts and bolts so we got the stainless steel selection so if you need something play once again too you know when you walk in somebody's right there to say hey can I help you can I help you find whatever you need here so you know I like going to the little mama pop stores instead of going to the Home Depot's you know so if you got it if you're close to town that's what's nice it's right there right down the road conveniently located"

"I called this store with a laundry list of Big Green Egg products I was interested in purchasing. I live 30 minutes away, and wanted to make sure these items were in stock before I drove down. The order added up to over $3600. I was told I would receive a phone call. When I didn’t get the phone call, I called back, and was told they were too busy to help me (yet they answered the phone). If I owned that store, I would fire both those employees for turning away business. That level of entitlement is shocking."

"Twice I’ve been in and twice had terrible experience. The first time I bought gorilla glue and it was dry when I got home. I went back and asked to exchange for a non-dry one. The manager rudely told me to wait in line (15 minutes later) to pay the .22 cent difference in price. Secondly went back today and was ignored by three men working there after I asked for help and they eagerly helped others who came in after. I finally got one guy’s attention and he vaguely pointed to another row. Another guy said it’s somewhere in this isle. Finally after 30 minutes a nice woman tried to help but they didn’t have the part I needed. Will not go back."
