"I stopped by today hoping to make an appointment since the reviews are so good. I waited for over 35 minutes and no one said hello. I was completely ignored the entire time. It was busy when I walked in, so I was trying to be patient. 15 minutes in, chairs started opening up, yet no one approached me. Employees walking around or sitting in the back on their phone. I’ve never experienced something like this at a salon. RUDE. Don’t waste your time or money. They make you feel completely unwelcome."
"I came in with a home hair dye job that had grown out and looked awful. Went in to inquire about pricing and immediately made an appointment. They offer great and fair prices. The ladies there are so incredibly nice and professional. I love my hair now it looks so nice! I could not be happier with the results. So much love for this salon, best one I’ve been to. "Since we moved to N. Fort Myers in 2018. Looking for a professional salon that I can have my hair styled and a Mani- Pedi done up to the standards I am accustomed and expect.
