"I’ve been going to GelNails for 4 years. I always get manicures on my natural nails and pedicures. I like that they use liners when they give you pedicures however it should be a requirement before employees leave to throughly CLEAN stations (plastic partitions) tables, back mirrors, drawers, everything on top of stations … one reason I go elsewhere a lot."
"I went here the week before Christmas with my daughter to have a full set and pedicure done. They were very polite, very busy, but still fit us in right away. The length of time it took for them to complete both was typical and in the moment I was happy. THEN about 3 days after I went, ALL of my manicure started popping off and my pedicure started chipping in one place. I returned and they redid my entire set of nails and fixed my toenails. Yes, free of charge and refused tip. So I appreciated that. However, I won't be returning because I spent so much money to begin with that should have never happened! One tech worked on my hands and one on my feet, I tipped both, yet still both things had started to wear so quickly. I've had so many bad experiences that I just removed the nails recently when they grew out too much and dont plan to have them done again."
