"My experience at Kim nails wasn’t the best at all. Joann did my pedicure first which I didn’t have any issues until she did my manicure. I asked for pink and white nails she didn’t do what I asked for she used regular clear acrylic powder instead of the pink acrylic powder to do my nails. Joann did what she wanted to do to cut corners instead of satisfying my needs. I ask Joann just paint my nails white because my nails looked horrible. After my service of paying I was charge a lil too much over a bad nail job. Never again I will go to this place"

"I always recommend this place. The gel always lasts around 2 weeks. Staff is amazing. The place is always clean, bright and welcoming. They take sanitation very seriously. On my last visit, I got a design for the first time and was extremely happy with the results!"
