"Well I started to use this place services since it is close to my house and open on Mondays. Service is ok but not consistent. I work long hours so had to change my appointment a few times also my hair dresser Maddie changed it a few times since she has a kid on daycare. Last Friday went to get roots done and walked out of there with color all over my face and she colored my roots really dark when she knows I am trying to go blonde. Really bad job. Her excuse was I didn't get highlights that day. I asked for them but she had to leave and didn't even had time to schedule my next appointment. I contacted her to express how I feel and no answer. I called and spoke to manager Dakota of course she took her workers side. My roots weren't almost 3 inches long since I had being going there at least every 4 weeks. Manager said they will call me back to schedule my next appointment and they didn't. I paid 95 dollars to walk out of there looking like a clown. Very unprofessional. If workers can't commit to their schedule because they have small kids then they should stay home with them. Never going back. Yes I re scheduled my appt twice but also always called and even made appointments before my appointment to make it easier."

Amber transformed my hair to a silky dimensional blonde with low lights that successfully blended my grey hair. I highly recommend Amber. Even if you are in the Daytona or Tampa area it is worth the drive to have Amber do your hair!"
