"On Oct 3rd, went for haircut at great clips, the stylist chopped my hair into uneven pieces especially the sides.. Did not know how bad it was until I was home... Next morning I returned and ask that someone could look and see the hair cut I had received . A stylist name Tracy took me to her chair and tried to recut my hair.Needless to say it is very short and the only thing to do is let it grow out.. I am thankful for the help I received the next day. I have also submitted a email to customer service and corporate No one should have to go through this for a trim. Thank you so much Tracy for taking the time to help me. ."
