"I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had at this place today (by the lady with the long blonde hair at the Great Clips on Cypress Gardens Blvd). I asked for three inches off and non-choppy layers. She cut six inches off and gave me the choppiest layers I’ve ever seen. I just can’t figure out what she was thinking giving me this cut! I won’t be wearing my hair down for at least six months, until I can cut off this mess she created. My mom was with me and saw what she was doing to the back of my hair so she walked up and told me because she knew I’d hate it. The lady cutting my hair smugly responded, saying “I’ve been doing hair for 12 years, I know what I’m doing.” Yikes. Highly recommend not letting her touch your long hair."
