"Have been at this location many times but I arrived at 4:17 pm requested highlights and a trim no we don’t have time close at 6 so I left and went to salon in Walmart and got my highlights and trim ( note they also close at 6) I would call that customer service . I will never return again"

"I asked for a quick trim, and that was all she did. I was charged 24$. This place is a total joke for prices. I've been coming here for 2 years and was NEVER charged that much. This place is a total joke. Don't come get your haircut here. There are so many other places in town that won't rip you off."

"First time there. Hadn't had my hair cut for the last few years, and it was too long. Especially with summer just around the corner. There's one over near our closest Wal-Mart, so we signed up online and got a discount for our services. The salon was clean. The staff was really polite, and I went from hair below my shoulders, to an asymmetrical pixie. My new stylist, Amy, did a great job!! She gave me exactly what I asked for, and even made a few suggestions that make it super easy to style my hair!! My daughter also got her hair thinned and cut, after a few years, and liked how well her stylist did her hair too. We'll definitely be going back! And if you don't have a coupon, try going on a Tuesday, I think that's "Ladies' Night",and they offer a special discount or rate!"
