"Really great customer service and good deals on hair products. Their location is very crowded, but if you ask one of the workers where an item is, they know exactly where the item is located (organized chaos). This also could be because they want to cater to the many customers' wants. I would pass many hair stores to come to this one, mostly because of their customer service. They appear more knowledgeable of their items then other hair store owners in Polk County and you leave with a smile on your face and not the feeling of being bamboozled like at other stores in Polk I rather not mention. I would recommend to anyone! Oh... And their specials are great! I bought 3 bundles (18,20,and 22 inches) for $112."

"If I could give zero starts I would! The owner is very sketchy. I went there to purchase some hair and he didn’t have what I wanted and kept trying to sell me everything. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured so I just purchased the hair and left. Ended up going back and they have a no return only exchange policy which is nowhere on the receipt or visible when purchasing. Charged me WAY too much for what was purchased. Total rip of and very unprofessional!"
