"I got my first wax with them in March I stupidly joined their club orange. Realized I really didn't need to get waxed every month I have been trying to cancel this member ship since. They charged me for services in May. Said I couldn't cancel because I needed to pay an additional month though I paid in full for the membership in May. I called yesterday to make an appointment and use my credit. They said my credit had expired and I wasn't able to use it. They then said in order for me to make my appointment for saturday they would have to charge my card for the membership . So I told them no don't because I don't want the membership anymore. Got an email at 130 this morning saying they ran my card for said membership. Basically had to call my bank and report it as fraud because I did not authorize 74.40 charged to my account. Edit yes I was refunded but the very next day I got charged again. Had to report that as fraud as well and had to have the bank refund the charge since they charged me double. Also had to get a new card. I was able to get a second refund only because I called my bank. The second time I tried to call the manager and she was out. Definitely shady that I got charged twice which caused me to go into the negative"

"First time in today. I asked for shaping and cleaning up of my eyebrows. The place is clean. The technician was lovely unfortunately, it was almost the worst waxing I’ve ever had. Photos attached. So mad because it’s so close to my house. I’ve attached before and after so you can be the judge. Fist picture is how I went in. The rest of the photos is when I came out. Definitely not worth the money or the time."
