"I recently relocated to Venice, FL from Ca & was in need of finding all new beauty professionals After much internet/social media research & recommendations by word of mouth I elected to have a full set of acrylic nails, eyebrows waxed, tinted & eyelash extensions at Elegant Beauty Lounge It was a bit of a drive from Venice Island however, at the end of the day it was well worth it! The owner of the salon Kaybrynnn provided all of the services above minus the eyelash extensions She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & compassionate I am a disabled woman, I am also a nurse & have been a administrative nurse supervisor for 20 + yrs so I know what to expect from a customer service side of things etc Nevertheless she could see that I was utilizing a cane & that I was in pain she offered to allow me to take breaks throughout my day of beauty & was very attentive to ensure I was as comfortable as possible The entire vibe was phenomeunal! I am quite picky when coming to my beauty needs especially my nails as I love creative nails with lots of bling in which many cannot provide this expertise Kaybrynnn is an extremely well versed, talented beautician!!! She made my nails look gorgeous again!!! She definitely impressed me!!! She put the BIGEST SMILE on my face as I left her salon!!! I have been a client every since then & that was 1.5 years ago Kaybrynn recently went back to college & is now also a licensed hairdresser & she’s just as talanted at hair as she is with her nails, eyebrows, pedis etc!! For the short time I have known this incredibly driven, talented, independent, professional, compassionate, beautiful young woman I have to say I am so very PROUD of HER for being so accomplished at such a young age!!! She’s a true inspiration to woman especially the younger single woman that if you put your mind, effort & dedication into fulfilling your goals & dreams in life you can do it!!! "My husband purchased a Groupon for this salon for an organic deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was okay, nothing spectacular. The lady was really though and I did really want to give a good review. Unfortunately the polish was chipping after only 3 days and half the polish came off one of the toes already. I've never had polish chip / come off so soon. So, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place."

"Overall a tragic visit here. I’ve been here before a few times before with no issue, but this time I went in just for an acrylic set and it was horrible. The whole time I was trying to just trust the process but that was a mistake; it seemed rushed and when I asked her to fix the design where it was messed up, it seemed to just get worse. She left it streaky and lumpy. Shape and design was overall uneven. I had to go home and fix it myself. I was very disappointed and didn’t even want to pay at the end of the appointment."
