"I understand that Thea has responded to my previous Google review, and I would like to address her comments. Due to the limitations of Google's response system, I am using another account to provide clarification. It is disheartening to see that Thea's response contains statements that I believe are inaccurate. My intention has never been to engage in rudeness, but rather to express my genuine experience and disappointment with the services I received. I must emphasize that her tone and actions during our interactions were a significant part of my negative experience. Regarding her assertion that I had four previous artists, this is not accurate. I had only worked with one previous artist before seeking Thea's services. Additionally, I have shared the photos of the work she performed on my brows with several other artists who were all genuinely surprised and concerned about the size, shape, tail, and color of the results, in addition to the feelings of deception I experienced. My primary goal at this point is to allow the color to dissipate so I can move forward with a reputable artist who has already demonstrated her skills through an impressive portfolio of work and satisfied customers. My decision to seek another artist is based on my desire to achieve the brows I originally hoped for and to put this unfortunate experience behind me. I appreciate those who have taken the time to listen to my experience and offer support during this challenging process. I am unable to post the wide, long tail and gray brows that she marked my face with."
