"If I can give a zero rating I would. The lady messed up my eyebrows so bad. It has patch in it! She even got some in my hair. I've never had issues with my eyebrows before. She doesn't know how to wax and should have been honest. Response to the owner: Why would I pay you? She didn't take off any hair besides the patch she left in my eyebrow. Seriously there was no other hair gone! There was just a bunch of wax left on my face I went to another salon and they actually provided me the service and took off the correct hair in less than five minutes. I will never go there again especially since you expect me to pay you for nothing but a mistake. How unprofessional of you to even suggest that! And for the record now because of what you just said I'm putting what you said and what your business did on facebook!"
