"The local store provides excellent service. However, their repair service, which goes through a foreign country call center, is the WORST!! I had a pool heater service appointment set up a week ago. A repair specialist was supposed to be here today between 8 and 12. No one showed. At 12:15 I called to find out what was happening. I was told the appointment had been CANCELLED! No one bothered to notify me! I will never use Leslie’s for service again."

And has always steered me right regarding supplies that are needed to buy versus supplies that some may want people to sell just to make money. "We’ve always had good experience here. I recently went into the store about a week ago to find some goggles to swim with and protect my eyes And Nolan came up to assist me and help me. He was more than helpful in assisting me with finding the right pair and also with purchasing a new float. I am super happy with it and Nolan went above and beyond to help me and loaded it in my car. I asked if he had any coupons under our account and he mentioned about the 15% off total purchase and I was within the timeframe, but allowed me to use it even though I didn’t have the coupon.
